With its characteristic "cartwheel" rims this is a longtime favorite among collectors. As circulation coinage however it was violently unpopular due to the sheer impracticality of lugging around one solid ounce of copper. Especially if you had a few of them, they would weigh down and often tear through peoples' pockets!
Lovely colors, smooth surfaces, and a high state of preservation make for an attractive and pleasing piece. Unobtrusive corrosion on the top left above George III's head garnered a Details AU instead of probably an AU58. The upside: you can get a coin of this quality for about 0 less.
